The site has it's very own Texas Holdem table which has members playing against each other 24/7! .. MLB Gameday audio only for the community. A live chat room, fantasy leagues with the winner landing up to 100 dollars in prizes. We also have our own FREE Baseball draft kit for our UM members, as well as an upcomming Football draft kit. We run our own monthly MILB prospect list. But most importantly .. The UM has grown into a community of sports friends. So jump in and, join the UM today!

This holds the least amount of interest for me.To be fair i'm also not a fan of the NHL players in the Winter Olympics either.

If they did what soccer does and age restrict the eligibility to 23 years and under i'd be more inclined to watch.

The US team has lost the last two world championships and the last Olympics, but they're going to win this year. It's not even close. This is probably the best team the US has fielded since 1996.

Only the defending Olympic champs Argentina have a shot at beating this U.S. squad. They have plenty of NBA players and if they are having a hot shooting day,it could be very close.

They could but they've already lost one game. They might not even get to face the US.

4 out of 6 from each group goes on...

Spain isnt too bad either and Lithuania looks pretty darn good too. They beat Argentina and European champs Russia.

BTW I didnt even know they play basketball in Iran.

You dont need NBA players. Greek team that beat US in 2006 had a total of '0' NBA players and 1 NBA hopefull - Vasileios Spanoulis.

I've watched 2 US games so far and I'm impressed how well they play together. Kudos to US for bringing both Paul and Derron Williams to the Games.

2006 Roster
15 Carmelo Anthony F
8 Shane Battier F
11 Chris Bosh F
14 Elton Brand F
5 Kirk Hinrich G
12 Dwight Howard F/C
6 LeBron James F
7 Antawn Jamison F
4 Joe Johnson G/F
13 Brad Miller C 7-0
10 Chris Paul G
9 Dwyane Wade

Seems that a team without Kobe, Boozer, Kidd, Prince ,and Redd would have more trouble with any good national team. This bunch is definitely deeper by a country mile.
