The UM opened August 17th, 2007 as a handpicked 100 members who were asked to join for their smarts and community involvement. But the word got out that the UM neighborhood is not just your average start up community! .... Members begun jumping in from word of mouth .. and now the UM stands at 300+ members and over 30,000 posts and growing!
The site has it's very own Texas Holdem table which has members playing against each other 24/7! .. MLB Gameday audio only for the community. A live chat room, fantasy leagues with the winner landing up to 100 dollars in prizes. We also have our own FREE Baseball draft kit for our UM members, as well as an upcomming Football draft kit. We run our own monthly MILB prospect list. But most importantly .. The UM has grown into a community of sports friends. So jump in and, join the UM today! |

hey BP, this theme is kinda intense, any way you can get a simple theme that would make it a little easier on the eyes?

YES! Another great suggestion! Perhaps we can pick our own theme from a few options? I know of a few sites that offer that... I find it very hard to navigate ths place...

What up Outta!
The ultra shocking Blue and Silver theme is reminisant of the great willy bear up in the Prince Edward Islands .... It's what the UM has been about since day 1... A bit augmented, somewhat brash ... without the rash, irritation and diaper burn perhaps...
That being said, when the upgrade comes in the next few months .. I will be able to add secondary themes to each members profile (thats 1 of the 50 upgrades coming) .. So when that time comes, ill throw out a post and have the UM members decide on a 2nd color pattern!

Democracy is decent and all, but please, unless it is a user driven interface that is interchangeable by visit-
for godsakes, leave it as,,,,,the last thing this thing needs is neon colors, flash videos,,,and other such garbage,,,
Personally the current forum theme is clean, precise, non evasive and comfy on the eyes,,,,
The home page? Well,,thats another matter,,,,but do what I do-
Run firefox with ad block and bookmark the forum homepage,,
No google ads,,,no desperate pleas for buying a chuck norris total gym,,,no nothing
Just the glorious thrill of useless trash talk and bogus sports content,,,
But through it all, this joint is still alive and kicking and I have 127 accounts with Rotohog already,,,
