What irony! And the Nuggets turned it down! _________________

| WFAN reports that Walsh has been shopping the 3 Knicks with the largest contracts. Zach Randolph, Eddy Curry, and Jamal Crawford. They are exploring ways to move up to either the third or fifth pick with Mayo as the guy they want.

The Knicks are said to be working on a deal with the Charlotte Bobcats to acquire point guard Raymond Felton for David lee.
The Bobcats selected D.J. Augustin with the 9th overall pick and the Knicks selected the Italian forward Danilo Gallinari, so it makes sense.

Not really lkat, not for Knicks anyways. IMO Felton has reached his ceiling. Last year he shot over 40% from the field for the first time in his NBA career. He just keeps hoisting up 3s (2.5 attempts per game) while making only 28% (last year) - that's not good at all. Knicks already have plenty of shooters. Plus David Lee (along with Gallinari) is probably the only player on the team that shouldnt get traded.
Then agan it is Knicks we are talking about so they'll probably include their next year's 1st rounder too...

| I read earlier that the Wiz are offering Arenas 126+ million dollar contract for 6 years. It's hard to build around a player like him when he only plays half the time.

| The 76ers have invited Josh Smith and his representatives to visit Wednesday. He and agents visited yesterday with the Hawks who can match any offers made to Smith.

| Mullin already said that he will match any offer that is offered to Ellis but Ellis said he was very interested in joining the Knicks.

| Darko the Knicks are so bad, it's only a matter of time before some egomaniac accepts the challenge (curse) of leading them to the Championship. Such a player (if successful) would be the toast of the town for the rest of his life.

It used to be where players would say they wanted to go to the knicks to raise their offering price, but this must have been met with hearty laughter lol _________________

| NBA sources say that Tayshaun Prince and Chauncey Billups would be traded to Houston for Tracy McGrady. Now the trade could be both or just 1 of those player for T-Mac.

Hmm no way DJ. Rockets wont trade T-Mac just for Prince, we already have Shane Battier. I would love for us to get Billups though, sick and tired of seeing Rafer Alston out there. We are not going to win 1 with T-Mac there...
Still need a PF...

| According to espn.com, The Kings have been talking to the Lakers on a possible trade that would send Lamar Odom to Sacramento with Artest and Kenny Thomas to LA.

Randolph to Clippers was nixed because the Clips wanted a first round pick.
Gallardi is still out. And he is considering playing an Italian league tourney. You must be kidding me. _________________ Yankees have not won a WS with a Republican in power since Ike... We're Back Baby!!
