I love me a good liquor but tonight is the first time that I realized that tequila is god awful straight and sipped. 5 shots of Cabo on ice... there's not enough lime in the world to improve this. Now I know why it's shots or margaritas for me -- gotta get the job done in a flash, or mask the taste altogether. What's worse, is that right now I only have my "pallette cleansing" beers to follow it up with -- Keystone Light or bust.
Eh, well it's gettin' the job done. |
HAHA not a fan of tequila either ... I gota get few beers down quickly before hitting the hard stuff but I've slacked off these days I usually just start with beer and keep going with it.
And This Is a RANT:
1 of the best beers ever are Heinekens off course ... but in Aus now they brew their own Heineken's (yeah wtf?) and it tastes like dirty dishwater.

That's harsh man, gotta love a quality Heine.
I found the solution which, sadly, involved mixing the Keystone Light with the Tequila/Lime concoction. It sounds gross, but it's an improvement. _________________

Agreed.
Its 8 AM right now and I just got home from a fantastic night with my friend Heine and I.
However, if funds are thin I go with Coors Light. _________________

Highly recommend running over to Cost Plus and picking up their "Beers of the World - Summer Brews" assortment. Some of these are indescribably good. I was introduced to The Firehouse Brewing Co's Hef through this- and I may not look back.
Other than that the inebriation continues...9. _________________

Honestly, I cant drink more then 3 Coronas. They just taste like throw up to me after you get about half way through. And, Bud Light Lime even tastes good at room temp _________________

Right now drinking a Polish import- "Zywiec" (Porter - 9.5%) and it's fucking delicious... didn't know BevMo carried as much international/microbrew variety as they do. _________________

Alright fuckers, I have found the best brew and bang for the buck. This is such a find that I smile just thinking about it. I love it.
Labatt Ice. On the tasty scale, this brew is about 8/10. Now, keep in mind that you need a lot in my mind to get to the 9 or 10 in my book, and I have about 20-30 that achieve that, but nothing can touch this package and price.
24 ounce cans. For those of you that dont like or cant stand cans, sucks to be you. I happen to love them and never had an issue with them. Some of my friends have turned into complete snobs and drink exclusively bottles. Of course I think the best tasting beer is in a plastic cup, but that's me. I guess all the pong went to my tongue.
5.6 volume. Enough to pack a punch and get you nice with just two cans. Of course it's all relative to how much you drink and how sloshed you would like to get.
Grand finale. 12-24 ounce cans for this......................................................................................
$11.99
I can't believe it. A case of imported beer, that tastes great, for that price. I case of Blue is $30 and those are only 11.5 ounce bottles! Insane and I will be drinking this until the smell of it repulses me. Cheers.
My favorite beer when I should be drinking water: Miller Lite
Any other time: Any Ale really and I would love to try yours Evil although it looks like I will need to search it out when I am up in NY. But otherwise I dont mind insane hops, IPAs, pales, or anything in between.
Ales are what beer should be. _________________ Signatures are for pussies.

I'm a big fan of Keystone Light right now. Tastes like shit, but it is $11.99 for a 30 pack, so you really cant beat the price. I figure if you do a few tequila shots before drinking them, they really dont taste that bad. _________________

I'm so glad I don't have to drink piss beer just to save one penny per ounce.
Right now I'm drinking a copper ale from a local brewpub in Door County Wisconsin called Shipwrecked. They also make a nice blond ale and an IPA.

Once youre past 3-4 beers, Natty Ice and Keystone Light taste just like any other domestic beer, so what is the point of buying a 12 pack at the same price as a 30 pack? There really isnt. _________________

| 3-4 beers is all that takes you to make you lose taste? Weird. Oh, and Natty > Keystone, as bad as Natty is, it's still the beer pong beer of choice.
